About Izzana Salleh

Izzana Salleh is a dynamic and accomplished leader with a track record of driving transformative change across public, corporate, and not-for-profit sectors. Known for her innovative thinking and commitment to creating meaningful impact, she has successfully led initiatives that bring lasting value to organisations and communities alike.

Izzana has served on the boards of prestigious organisations, including the Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad (TalentCorp), Malaysian Palm Oil Council (MPOC), and Lean In Malaysia.

She also served as a member of the investment panel at the Social Security Organisation (SOCSO). As Co-Founder and Global President of Project Girls 4 Girls (G4G), Izzana has empowered thousands of young women worldwide through mentorship and leadership development programmes. Under a shared leadership concept, G4G has impacted the lives of women and girls in 40 countries, delivering both online and on-site initiatives that inspire women to step into leadership roles.

Her innovative approach to leadership and her commitment to social impact have earned her recognition as a global thought leader in the women’s empowerment and gender equality field. Izzana’s ability to collaborate across sectors has enabled her to deliver practical solutions and drive impactful results. Her work reflects a strong commitment to fostering growth, innovation, and inclusion.

Academically, Izzana holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Imperial College Business School in London, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Biotechnology from California State University, Pomona.
